- Volterra: Guided tour of ancient Etruscan hilltop town, known as the City of Alabaster - artisan shop demonstration, Roman amphitheater, Tuscan lunch and afternoon shopping 
- Serravalle Pistoiese: Explore the medieval castle (1302), San Michele Arcangelo church and the Tower of Barbarossa 
- Montecarlo: Visit the enchanting Fortress & Parish Church of San Piero 
- Buonamico Winery: Cellar tour, Olive Oil & wine tasting with light lunch 
- Villa Reale di Marlia: Tour the gardens and the grand estate 
- Lucca: Free time to explore and shop in the City, evening Puccini concert and a chef-inspired dinner

Important Notes
- Guests should be able to walk 2-3 miles daily, which may include climbing stairs and/or walking on uneven pavement or cobblestones. 
- Guests should be able to carry or roll their own luggage. 
- Participation in cooking classes is optional 
- Airfare and airport transfers are not included.
