Reflections of Tuscany is committed to providing an excellent experience for guests. We are skilled in planning and familiar with our destinations in Tuscany. Also, we have good working relationships with our Italian vendors who are professional, courteous and gifted in their trade.
Payment Schedules & Deadlines
A non-refundable Deposit is due upon purchase in order to secure your spot on the tour. The Balance is due by the Final Payment Date of May 31st. Once we receive your Deposit, we will offer suggestions on travel plans and schedules. If final payment, however, is not received by those respective dates, we may cancel your reservation and sell your spot to another customer.
Cancellation
Reflections of Tuscany incurs substantial costs organizing Retreats and making advance payments to vendors for tours and accommodations to provide client enrollment. Therefore, the initial Deposit and Balance Payment are non-refundable after the Final Payment Date.
If you have paid-in-full and cancel prior to your Final Payment date, we will return 50% of your Balance Payment.
Although we believe that we have a moral obligation to treat all people fairly, we do not, however, have control over all things. Circumstances beyond our control, like the recent Covid pandemic emergencies and restrictions; severe weather events or natural disasters; war (whether declared or not); terrorist activities or instability in a destination location; strikes or labor disputes or; governmental orders and sanctions, may affect the health, safety, of tour experience of other travelers.
Reflections of Tuscany will not be liable to any traveler for the need to cancel, modify or postpone a trip that is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the trip in the event the minimum number of guests we require is not met. If this situation occurs, we will return your payment(s).
Conduct Expectations
We are guests in Italy. Although their laws and customs are different than ours, we are expected to act accordingly. Should anyone violate these laws and/or not act decently to others, they may be subject to immediate dismissal from the group at their sole expense.
Dietary Restrictions The basic Italian diet is: Meat, Cheese, Bread & Red Wine… fantastico! Although, individual palates may differ for preferences and sensitivities, we can accommodate some dietary restrictions given advanced notice. Please let us know.
Pets are not allowed.
Personal Data
Reflections of Tuscany will not share your personal data collected for the purpose of enrollment. We will only keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary for safely completing your journey.
Medical Treatment
Travelers understand that if they become ill or incapacitated, Reflections of Tuscany may take any action necessary for their safety and well-being, including securing medical treatment and transportation provided by their insurance carrier and/or travel insurance. We will immediately notify their Emergency Contact person – as listed on the Registration Form.
Additional Charges
Villa Salicone is several hundred years old and the antique decor is fragile.
Guests understand they will be require to pay for any damage they cause to the facilities, travel vehicles or other property during their tour. Please leave the property and all contents in good order.
